Christmas Card and Holiday Card Ordering

Where can I find help about how to place an order?
On the card detail page there are help icons for each section. These ? will take you to specific help for that section. Alternatively you may click on the following link to our contact and support section.


How long does it take to print Christmas Cards or Holiday Cards?
Most orders are ready to ship within 2-7 business days. Christmas Card or Holiday Card orders that require proofing such as custom verse, signature printing and logo printing take additional time to produce. A rush service may be requested on select cards for an additional fee, these cards can be shipped usually the next business day.


Can you print a custom verse on Christmas Cards or Holiday Cards?
Yes we can print a custom verse on select cards. There is an additional cost of between $35 and $50 depending on which card is selected. Please email us with questions concerning custom verses: help@cardisland.com


Can you print a logo, signatures or family crest on Christmas Cards or Holiday Cards?
Yes we can print logo’s, signatures and family crests on Christmas Cards and Holiday Cards. If a card accepts a logo, it will have the option of selecting it (additional charges will apply). Please click on the following link for more information on Logo’s.


Why do some Christmas Cards or Holiday Cards offer a choice of verse and others don’t?
Some Christmas Cards and Holiday Cards come with the verse already prep-printed on the inside, and therefore cannot have a choice of any other verse.


Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes we do offer quantity discounts. Price breaks usually occur at the following intervals 25, 50, 75, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, and 3500. If you are looking to order a quantity of 5000 or more cards please contact us so we may offer you a custom quote: customquotes@cardisland.com


How quickly can I get my order once it is printed?
Once your Christmas Cards or Holiday Cards are printed and ready to ship, you have the choice to send them via Ground (3-5 business days), 2nd day Air or Next Day Air. All ship to addresses must be physical addresses. NO P.O. BOXES. We will not ship to a P.O. Box.


Can I request samples of Christmas Cards or Holiday Cards?
Yes you may select up to 3 different Christmas Cards or Holiday Cards at no cost to you. They will be sent via U.S. mail as soon as we et the request. To request samples please email us at info@cardisland.com


Can I request a Christmas Card or Holiday Card catalog?
Yes you may request one of our Christmas Card or Holiday Card catalogs by emailing us at info@cardisland.com The catalog is jus a sample of our entire online catalog, so please feel free to browse the sight for the right card.

What is your return policy?
At CardIsland, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We realize that you have many choices for your stationery needs, and we strive to do our utmost to provide you with the finest products at fair and reasonable prices. We want you to purchase from us knowing that we stand behind our products 100 percent, and here is our commitment to you;

What shipping choices do I have?
You may choose to ship your Christmas Card or Holiday card order by Ground (3-5 business days), 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Shipping costs are based on weight. When choosing your shipping method please keep in mind that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.


What is your privacy policy?
We consider your privacy extremely important. We would not want our private information shared with anyone without our consent, and therefore we will never share your information with anyone.

Is your site secure
Our site is completely secure, we use a secure transaction server, and 128bit encryption. We never see your credit card information, nor do we store it anywhere.
